المتطلبات:

خبرة سابقة كأمين صندوق، ويُفضَّل في مجال المطاعم أو الضيافة

القدرة على التواصل الفعّال باللغة الإنجليزية

توجّه قوي نحو خدمة العملاء

معرفة أساسية بأنظمة نقاط البيع (POS)

مهارات جيدة في الحساب والتعامل مع النقد

أمين، موثوق، ودقيق في العمل

الخبرة ببرنامج Omega POS تُعدّ ميزة إضافية

المسؤوليات:

معالجة مدفوعات العملاء والضيوف بدقة وكفاءة

التعامل مع المعاملات النقدية وبطاقات الدفع والمدفوعات الرقمية

الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمعاملات

تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة

المساعدة في مهام الصندوق اليومية وإعداد التقارير

-Previous cashier experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry

-Ability to communicate effectively in English

-Basic knowledge of POS systems

-Good mathematical and cash-handling skills

-Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented

-Experience with Omega POS Software is an advantage

Responsibilities :

-Process customer/Guests payments accurately and efficiently

-Handle cash, card, and digital transactions

-Maintain accurate records of transactions

-Provide excellent customer service

-Assist with daily cashiering and reporting tasks
