Call Center Agent
Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
Assist patients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service requests
Provide accurate information and ensure a positive patient experience
Maintain call logs and update records in internal systems
Follow company protocols and customer service standards. Requirements
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
Previous experience in healthcare/medical call center or sales is preferred
Strong communication and customer?handling skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast?paced environment
Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
