Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level IT support to users.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and peripherals.

Assist in maintaining network, hardware, and software systems.

Support Microsoft Windows and Office 365 environments.

Monitor and maintain IT equipment and inventory.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–2 years of IT support experience (Freshers with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply).

Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
