Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.

Support Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and business applications.

Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.

Maintain IT assets and assist with system upgrades.

Support users across office and factory operations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–2 years of IT Support experience.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and basic networking.

Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is an advantage).

Willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah.

Manufacturing, joinery, or construction industry experience is an advantage.
